We are seeking a part-time receptionist for our busy law firm located at 14th & Lonsdale, with the potential of becoming full-time. We offer a good working environment with our friendly team. Working 3 days a week, Monday through Wednesday 9 am to 5 pm.
Job duties and responsibilities will include greeting clients, answering phones, redirecting calls and taking messages, sorting mail, incoming faxes, emails, arranging couriers, scanning and saving documents, opening client files, updating/creating binders, letter/email writing, general administrative/secretarial support as required, and light kitchen duties.
The ideal candidate would have reception experience, professional presentation, with a professional and cheerful telephone manner, self-starter, confident, quick learner, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and multi-task, detailed and organized. Experienced in Word, strong typing skills, Excel and Outlook. PCLaw and Primafact (preferred, but not essential).
